Free delivery area service applies to the following cities inside the immediate Dallas Fort-Worth metropolitan area.

Extended Area Delivery Service:
Extended area delivery service is $89 and applies to the following cities outside the immediate Dallas Fort-Worth metropolitan area.

All deliveries, unless specified otherwise, will be scheduled by DFW Furnituremart and requires an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that someone is present to inspect and sign for the delivery. It is recommended to inspect your package/s prior to signing during your delivery and if discovered, document any damage on the drivers receipt. All purchases include delivery to the 1st dry space and 1st floor of the delivery address. 2nd floor deliveries are not included due to insurance risk. No exceptions. Set up is not included on any purchase unless previously requested and purchased. Some larger products may require a handling fee in addition to our standard free delivery. This ensures that larger pieces can be delivered safely. Customers may also opt to receive their product without requiring an adult signature by completing and returning via email a signed release form. Upon completion and receipt of a signed release DFW Furnituremart will schedule delivery. This form releases DFW Furnituremart from any product liability including: product damage, theft or otherwise. Release forms do not void product warranties and all products are warrantied for 1(one) year from date of purchase. To request a release form for unsigned deliveries, please email us here.
Standard sized parcel delivery:
For standard sized parcels you will receive a phone call and/or an email to schedule your delivery to confirm a four hour window for your item’s scheduled arrival. Delivery service windows are Monday - Friday, no weekends. At time of delivery, a single delivery agent will bring the product(s) into your home to the 1st dry space, garage or entry point on the 1st floor. Absolutely no delivery service to the 2nd floor, no exceptions. Packages require an adult signature and does not include: Un-crating, removal of any of the packaging material, any set-up or assembly.
Oversized parcel delivery:
For oversized parcels you will receive a phone call and/or an email to schedule your delivery to confirm a four hour window for your item’s scheduled arrival. Delivery service windows are Monday - Friday, no weekends. Because of the size and weight of oversized items there are 2(two) options for delivery.
Oversized parcel delivery terms & options:
1. Curbside Service option: You may opt for free curbside service where an order will be placed on the nearest driveway, sidewalk or inside your garage which is street level. It is the customers sole responsibility for transporting all items purchased to inside their residence or place of business. No exceptions. An Adult 18 years or older must be present to sign for the items. A DFW Furnituremart representative will contact you the day before, or by 10AM the morning of to re-confirm the time window for your order shipment.
2. In-Home Service option: You may opt to purchase our In-Home delivery option for $99. With this service the delivery agent will bring the product(s) into your home and place them in the first dry area of the home or business, 1st floor only and no 2nd floor. This service does not include Un-crating, removal of any of the packaging material, any set-up or assembly. An Adult 18 years or older must be present to sign for the items. A DFW Furnituremart representative will contact you the day before, or by 10AM the morning of to re-confirm the time window for your order shipment.
Any assembly service must be purchased in advance and is $199 for purchases up to $1000, for assembly service for purchases above $1000+.... please call our Phone Sales Team at 888-DFW-0250 for a specific quote.
DFW Furnituremart also reserves the right to cancel any order which is priced inaccurately. If an item is found to be priced incorrectly, the customer has the option to pay the difference in price to purchase the item/s. Any customer that opts not to pay the corrected price, DFW Furnituremart will cancel the order and refund the purchase price back to the customer. No exceptions.
Parts purchases are not return eligible and all parts sales are final. No exception. Parts requests require a copy of the original purchase invoice, as well as the item number and part requested. Parts requests under warranty will be replaced at no expense to the customer. Parts requests without a receipt or for items out of warranty, the customer will pay the cost of the part plus shipping.
