How Will My Order Ship?
We carefully prepare each order on our site for shipping to your location in the DFW Metroplex as well as extended DFW areas. We work hard to ensure you receive the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery service possible. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday and require an adult signature as proof of delivery. You may request a delivery to be made without a signature by completing and returning a delivery waiver. Contact us here to request this form.
Any Exceptions I Should Be Aware Of?
Deliveries are not typically made on Saturdays or Sundays. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
We want to make sure your order gets to you safe and sound. For items that are too large or fragile to be delivered with a sole delivery person, a handling fee of $59 will be assessed. No exceptions. This ensures that your delivery of a large parcel can be handled and delivered safely, with the utmost care from the moment it leaves the warehouse to its destination.
Upon arrival of your order, the local terminal will contact you to schedule a delivery date and appointment window.
Delivery Service - Inside Home Entrance Drop-Off
At DFW Furnituremart, inside Home Entrance Drop-Off service is included and takes your items into the first dry area of your home or business . A skilled delivery team member will bring the item(s) inside your home and place it in the immediate entryway.
