Cancellation and Return Policy
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order without fee or penalty. Orders can be cancelled by contacting us via our contact us form or calling us at 888-339-0250, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Central Standard Time. Orders after this time frame can still be cancelled; however, if your order has already been forwarded to be shipped, the purchaser is responsible for both the initial shipping cost and the cost to return the order to the warehouse from it's location at time of cancellation. All shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase price paid.
Returns - All products are return eligible within 30 days of the date of purchase. Item must be unopened, undamaged, unassembled and in its original packaging. Buyer also agrees to a 20% restocking fee to cover our cost to ship and return ship the item to us. All returns are subject to inspection. Once returned successfully, a refund will be issued less any restocking fees to the financial institution used to complete purchase.
All deliveries, unless specified otherwise, will be scheduled by DFW Furniture Mart. This ensures that someone is present to inspect and sign for the delivery. For your protection, please inspect your package prior to signing during delivery.
