Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses and P.O.Boxes.

Manufacturer's Warranty 

Unless specified otherwise, all products come with a 1(one) year manufacturer's warranty against defects. All component parts deemed by us as defective with be replaced free of charge. Our products are made of wood and other materials. We do not consider variations of wood grain, color variation, open knots, texture and other naturally occurring characteristics to be a defects. Misuse or neglect of a product are not covered by this warranty.

Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order without fee or penalty. Orders can be cancelled by contacting us via our contact us form or calling us at 888-339-0250, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Central Standard Time. Orders after this time frame can still be cancelled; however, if your order has already been forwarded to be shipped, the purchaser is responsible for both the initial shipping cost and the cost to return the order to the warehouse from it's location at time of cancellation. All shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase price paid. Buyer agrees to a 25% restocking fee, without exception. Items that have been successfully delivered and unpacked are subject to inspection upon return. Buyer is responsible for any and all damages discovered during a return inspection and is responsible for filing . All returned products must be in their original packaging and shipped back to us within 3 days of delivery.  

All deliveries, unless specified otherwise, will be scheduled by DFW Furniture Mart. This ensures that someone is present to inspect and sign for the delivery. Except for damage upon delivery, if a furniture shipment is returned to us for refusal of delivery on the part of the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. This cost will be deducted from the original purchase price before any refund is issued.

Extended Warranty Service

Extended 2 yr warranty - Warranty is not transferrable and covers replacement parts 
for furniture purchases with a valid order number. Parts are covered for damages that may
occur from normal wear and use. Exclusions: misuse and mishandling of furniture, exceeding
bed weight limits  - adult use, dents, modifications, scratches, and lost hardware. Approved
extended warranty parts ship within 4 business days - $39 flat rate to DFW. Inquire with us
for areas outside Dallas-Ft.Worth.
