Order Cancellation Policy - Return Policy
Cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of placing an order without fee or penalty. Orders can be cancelled by contacting us via our contact us form or calling us at 888-339-0250, Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM Central Standard Time. All cancellation requests must be in email format. Orders after this time frame can still be cancelled; however, if your order has already been forwarded to be shipped, the purchaser is responsible for both the initial shipping cost and the cost to return the order to the warehouse from it's location at time of cancellation. No exceptions. All shipping costs will be deducted from the original purchase price paid.
Return Policy- All products are return eligible within 30 days of the date of purchase. All products require return authorization from us. No exceptions. Item/s must be untampered, unopened, undamaged, unassembled and in its original packaging. No exceptions. Buyer also agrees to a 25% restocking fee to cover our cost to prepare, ship and return ship the item to our facility. All returns are subject to inspection before any refund is issued. Once a product is returned successfully in new condition and inspected, a refund will be issued less any restocking fees to the financial institution used to complete purchase.
